There are many online poker sites that continue to accept US-based real-money players. The Online Casino Gambling Directory is the best place to look to find a current, accurate list of such sites along with the site's free, no-deposit bonus offers and initial deposit bonus offers. Click the link below to be taken directly to the lists.

US players that reside in any of IL, IN, LA, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OR, SD, WA, WI: http://theonlinecasinogamblingdirectory.com/s.php?as_usa=1&SRC=YahooAnswers&t=Poker
US players from all other states have a few more choices available: http://theonlinecasinogamblingdirectory.com/s.php?as_usa=2&SRC=YahooAnswers&t=Poker

I recommend three sites in particular for their nice bonuses, geat game selection, and excellent sit-and-go tournaments at all stakes. As of this writing, all of these sites take players from any state in the US (as well as all non-US players, of course).

I been playing online poker for several years now and have played at the majority of them and have found Absolute Poker to be my favorite amongst the larger sites. Flaws such as showing tables as open when they are full happens with all sites as sometimes the updating is a little slow, but either way this an age old argument about which is better, when it in fact just comes doen to where you are comfortable at. How much can you win? Well now that depends on how good of a poker player you are! If you are always playing for a bonus at the least you should be able to break even if you lose, and i fyou play break even poker then you will come out ahead based on the amount of bonus.

Any of these sites will accept you: http://www.church-of-texas-holdem.com/usa-friendly-poker-sites.html

There are huge bonuses out there, but I would be wary of some of the more shady poker sites. Stick to the big boys. 100% at $650 is a big enough bonus for most people's first deposits. Good luck. Mail me if you need more help.

http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com/article.php/internet-gambling-ban-poker-sites-status has a list of sites and their status with regard to the US. You still have a ton of websites that allow Americans, and a number of them provide rakeback through that site, or have excellent sign up bonuses.
