Try an otc allergy medication and see if it works, take for several days and see if you feel better, then stop and see what happens. If stuffiness returns you have an allergy.

If your eyes are itchy as well as your nose being stuffy, it's most likely allergies. Allegra is a really good prescription for allergies but you should talk to someone at Walgreen's or something to see what extent of Allegra you need. If you can't sleep at night, you could put Vicks around your nostrils and on the front of your neck where your adams-apple is.
If your eyes aren't itchy, then you might just have an everyday cold. Just drink a glass of warm milk everyday and be sure to bundle up when you go outside and it should go away. If none of these suggestions help, than you should talk to a pharmacist.

There's an interesting massage technique, as handed down by someone's grandmother, described on the following page. You might like to try giving that a go. There's also some other suggestions in the comments.

This happened to me yesterday. I forgot to take my Zyrtec so I was all stuffed up. I use a nasal spray called Rhinocort Aqua that decongests my nose pretty quickly. Also try taking a Benedryl or two.
