For some guys whenever touched there the hardware springs to attention, whether they want it to or not.

Even if it doesn't a man can still be sexually assaulted. After all what's a decent guy supposed to do? Hit her and get charged with assault?

I think it's hard. But rape is not just about phisical strenght, sometimes it's just more mental, overpowering, whatever.

Most men are stronger than most women, but you'll find some women stronger than some men. Or there can be a gang rape. What I heard or read is that even in a rape, the body responds involuntary. So if a penis is masturbated it will get an erection, or even if the guys exited (even if non-sexualy, and I guess that if he was forced he would be) the penis can get an erection.

I think that this part of a rape is more violent and stressfull to rape victims that the act in itself. They feel that the body was aroused, and feel impotent that they couldn't stop it, and if there was something wrong with them.

Also, there could be drugs that she puts in his drinks that would goof his strenght of will, she could handcuff him when he was willing, then he says no, but she continues without his approval.

Well, maybe this are just some scenarious. But I think that it's more likely men raping women than the other way around. No matter the case, rape is a very low thing to do.
