How tall are you, and what should be your ideal weight for your age? If you are above where you should be, try eating more healthy, less sugar, more fruits and veggies, try snacking on cheese, the regular kind, not kraft slices or string cheese which has crazy amounts of salt. And try walking in the after noon after school, maybe get your mom, dad, or brother/sister to join you to make it more enjoyable. Don't obsess, and don't read those magazines because the pictures are altered and most important, have fun.

well you shoud be fine how tall are you? that has a lot to do with it you can also look at your bmi tipe in BMI in google enter your age, waight, hight, gender... and it will tell you if you are over waight under waight or normal. if you turn out to be over waight you should eat a small b-fest small lunch and dinner you also should eat 2 snacks but make thenm healthy like frout because the cal. in it burns other cal. from bad food so eat very healthy dont eat past 7 because then when u go to bed it will go straight to your thighs because there is not anouph time to diegest the food. but you should look at your bmi first so you dont wint up looking like nicole richie

How tall are you? It depends on your height as to how much overweight you are, if at all. Try to exercise and eat properly - cut down on sweets and sugared soda. Good luck!

I am 12, and I am just 67.5 pounds(underweight). Consider excercising and dieting. It may be that it's just part of the growing process that's all!
