SPICE CAKE COOKIES
8 1/2 oz. can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
19.5 oz. pkg. spice cake mix
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 1/2 c. granola or oats
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drain the can of fruit cocktail and spread the fruit on paper towels to dry. Heat 1/2 cup butter in jelly roll pan in 350 degree oven 2 to 3 minutes or until it melts. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and tilt and turn it until the melted butter covers the bottom completely. Sprinkle the cake mix (dry) evenly over the melted butter. Sprinkle 3 cups miniature marshmallows over the cake mix. Then sprinkle the drained over the marshmallows. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups granola over the fruit. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the ingredients in the pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Do not over bake! While warm, run knife around the edges of the pan. Makes about 72 cookies.

Do you have to add in extra flour or anything? I'd say follow the directions according to the mix, then make little dollops on a cookie sheet, then bake. They'll be a bit fluffy, but spreading out in a cookie shape will probably result in some crunch.
Good luck!
