I am a 22, and have an athletic build.I currently weigh 240 lbs.I'm 5'10" and what doctors have told me i should be around the 190-210 area. The problem I have is i hate veggies (I've tried to eat them again to see if my taste changed and no they haven't), I love meat. Fruits are ok, but they are not filling. I tried to just drink water and V8 Berry Blend instead of soda, but I couldn't keep up with the cost of the berry blend. I am a part time retail and full time student so money is also an issue to where i can't dish out 8 bucks a day to eat at subway. I find myself going to Taco Bell and McDonalds on most days because i can fill myself with only 4 dollars-and drink water instead of soda. I also have never been able to run for longer then a minute. When i played football and wrestled in High School, I was never able to finish the drills no matter what shape i was in. anyone have ideas to help me out with this?

The simple answer is 'eat less calories' and 'burn more calories.' What worked for me is: Always eat breakfast(low-calorie cereal with milk), drink lots of water, eat not more than 300 calories at lunch (I have soup sometimes, but not always); dinner is sorta hard for me, but I limit it to one helping on a plate, and get away from the table and do something, whether it is walking, running, or even going to the store, or some errand like that. If you can force yourself outside, and just start walking, that is half the battle. A 30 min walk will get in the way of sitting around and snacking. Excersize is good, but it is actually easier to eat less, than to work to burn off Xtra calories. If you must snack after dinner, eat fruit, not cookies or cheese. I used to always have to eat, say, two or three hamburgers for dinner....now I tell myself I will not starve if I only have one. Yes, it is hard...but if you adapt this into a lifestyle, you will lose weight. This way is not magic or anything, it will only be 1-2 pnds per week. But this is the right way to lose weight.

Get into the habit of eating healthy foods. Try dressing up your veggies with melted cheese or sour cream and chives. You have developed a habit of eating unhealthy things. I know what you are going thru cause in highschool my lunch everyday was fries and a drink cause I only had 2 dollars. Running is something you work up to, you gradually push for more endurance--try walking fast, then jogging, walking fast then jogging again, that worked for me. You should try cooking for the week and then taking food to school-left overs, they can be good, are less expensive and healthier for you. Get the big can of powdered Ice tea and a favorite cup to keep with you instead of buying drinks everyday. And try drininking lots of water, add lemon or lime if you want flavor in your water. You just have to push yourself to better habits. I recently lost 15lbs, and I can see and feel the difference and its good (I was 180) You just have to push yourself. I still eat McDs and all that other stuff but just maybe 2wice a month instead of everyday.

1. It's as simple as this, if you burn off more that you eat then you will lose weight so you need to either eat less or do more but the best way is to do both. 2. You need to do a combination of cardio - running, walking, swimming, cycling etc and strength training like crunches and weights. 3. To lose weight and keep it off you need to eat healthily and exercise for the rest of your life which is why it is a good idea to find a diet and exercise routine that is sensible, you enjoy and don't try and lose it too quickly.

I am currently on a natural and healthy no diet weight loss plan that does allow you to eat normal foods (I have ate at Mc Donald's 3 times this week and at Taco Bell 2 times this week with my kids and I'm still losing). You do not skip meals or have to eat or buy special foods either. It's easy to use. I am also drinking a healthy and natural energy drink that makes me feel your age (I'm 45). I am finally getting my life and my health back

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
