El Shaddai is a Hebrew name for God which means "Almighty One". Adonai is another Hebrew name of God which means "Master" or "Lord". I don't know the meaning of El Elyonna, but I'm guessing that it is another Hebrew name of God. In the Bible, sometimes two names of God are used together - like "Adonai YHWH" translated "Lord GOD". This could be something like what El Elyonna Adonai may be saying.
