Man, I think you should wait, Mabe you really are in love with her, but maybe it's just the initial infatuation almost everyone feels when they start seeing someone.You may think that you are in love with her, but I think you should wait to get to know her more before you say something like that.

yeah you're going to scare her. honestly if you say you love her after one week either you'll scare her away or you'll force her to say it when she's not really ready, that's worse in my opinon cuz it's like you put the thought in her head instead of letting her true feelings take the course it was meant to take.
my advice is to slow things down and just aim to please but be you all the while. it sounds like you're a great guy so there's no need to rush. give it a month at the latest two weeks if you're super impatient, though i'd wait a month to be on the safe side.

Show her you love her right now. And then one day as you are looking into her eyes and holding her in your arms tell her, "I love you." Even if she doesn't say it back, at least she knows how you feel.
