Any answers you get are just a guess. The only one who really knows is your sister. Tell her you care about her and are concerned about her going to bed so early. What's up and is there anything you can do to help her?. She will tell you if she wants you to know. If she says she doesn't know, have a talk with her. Depression causes fatigue. Is she down in the dumps alot also? A doctor can help with depression and alot of other things. First talk to her and see what is up with her and go from there. Good luck!
