So do I have a chance of being overweight?

My dad is 5ft 9 weighing 240lbs but he only looks overweight by like 30pounds or a little more because he has muscle too.

My mom is 5ft 4inches tall and weighs about 200lbs. So what are my chances? Honestly. I'm a worry wart. Sorry.

I disagree with the person that said Don't eat snacks, no offense. But eating smaller portions and inbetween meals helps our metabalism. And helps us not to overload on food during one meal. Some people believe that if they eat like 1000calories of food for breakfast and only eat 200calories for lunch and dinner then that will be fine but it's apsolutly not.

Eat sensably and only eat when you are hungry. Also never eat the same things all the time. By the way, your weight is perfect and I don't think you are eating too much. Sneak in an Oreo with milk from time to time ok? Besides, your gaining muscle and your fat contant is perfect. Women need more fat percentages then guys.

REMINDER: SKINNY ISN'T ALWAYS HEALTHY.

You weigh a lot less than the average size for your age. You must have a very fast matabolism. Eat up all you can now. People just notice how you eat because their bodies arent so lucky. What you eat now (unless it's putting on pounds, which it apparantly isn't) has nothing to do with your metabolism later in life. If your skinny now in young adulthood you should carry that somewhat into older age, but chances are it will be tougher to keep the pounds off. Your metabolism will slow down, every woman's (and man's for that matter) does when they get older. It's a natural hormonal process. But don't sweat it now, you've got it made. Weight and size is definately not an issue. Nutrition, on the other hand, might be.

There really is no way if you can tell if a teen is eating too much or not. But there are ways you can tell if you are overeating and becoming obeese or undereating and becoming anorexic. It all depends on your metabolisim if you are gaining weight or not. For teens its the most difficult because your body is making drastic changes and your weight will be constantly up and down. So follow a regular diet, and you will be happy with your results.

No issue in any respect, as a replace..is excellent! no longer many savour eating plenty jointly as retaining their bodies narrow / well-known looking. I consume plenty. i can not get fat, maybe sometime i might miss my metabolic ability. I surely have a cousin(woman) that still eats plenty, i think of she eats extra effective than I do. Your metabolism is what burns and methods the nutrition you ingest, yet at a diverse velocity in assessment to the conventional digestive equipment. i'm 20, my cousin is 22.

I think you are following what most celebs do when they are on vacation.Never do this as this is bad for your digestive system.Avoid all snakc you have.Have everything during your Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner.Never snakc in the middle of two meals. This is because it will not get digested properly and won't be absorbed by the body and you **** it out every morning. That is why you must be feeling hungury often.Eat at a given time not early not late. You are eating way too much and since you get rid of most the junk food you'll feel hungury.Take ma advice avoid snacks!

You eat enough but you don't eat too much. My opinion only and I'm not a nutritionist but it sounds like you try for relatively healthy foods.

My daughter is 16 and she lives on fast food and whatever healthy food I can get into her. I think you are doing extremely well for your age.

And you are not fat at all. You are very healthy it seems.

Forming good habits now will help you stay fit the rest of your life.

Good Job!
