I'm just curious because some people say I don't eat enough and some others say I eat a lot for my weight. Also, I want to know if i'm at risk of becoming fat when i'm older. I don't want to be!
Here's an example of what I might eat, ovisally food varies because I don't eat the same things all the time.
Breakfast--- Cereal(wheaties),Water, Yogert
Snack-- Teddy grams,Pineapple, Water
Lunch--- 1 meatball sandwhich(wheat bread),corn on the cob, chocolate milk(Ovaltine(sp?),water
Snack--- Water,Pineapple, 1 special K bar( They are good!)
Dinner-- 1hamburger, greenbeans,chocolate milk(Ovaltine),water
Snack--- Hot chocolate, Yogert,Water
I ate this sort of thing before I started excersizing(Which was 2weeks ago) and I still eat like this now. So honestly, do I eat a lot for my weight?

I meant Yogret. Sorry. And I guess it's important for you guys to know how much I excersize. A day I usually excersize 30minutes-1hour and 30minutes a day.

So do I have a chance of being overweight?
My dad is 5ft 9 weighing 240lbs but he only looks overweight by like 30pounds or a little more because he has muscle too.
My mom is 5ft 4inches tall and weighs about 200lbs. So what are my chances? Honestly. I'm a worry wart. Sorry.
