I'm about 60lbs overweight.. I know I need to lose but lately I've been gasping for breath. It scares me.. any amount of exercise, and even talking I have to gasp.. I am only 26.. should I see a doctor??

yea!anytime you cant beathe you probably should. but dont worry. if you pass out, your body will start to breath again, so no worries. you wont die! dont even worry!
