What does it mean when somebody tells you you have a cool voice? Does that mean your voice is fileld with coldness and no feelings or is it that your voice is cool beause it's nice?I have an accent and lots of people tell me that it's cool? Can anyone explain this to me?

I would think that would be cool soothing pleasant
rather than raspy gravelly annoying

well, "cool" voices r smooth. someone with an irritating high-pitched voice doesnt have a cool voice. accents r really hot, like british accents -absolutely love them- when u hear someone with an accent, its cool...thats y its called an accent! :)
