MY dog did that too an the vet said that we should take one of her pups outside with us so she would get up an go to the bathroom. She will folllow her pup and hopefully go. If that doesn't work i would call your vet

You should be concerned. You need to take her to the vet. And you need to get her spayed as soon as possible.
Do a search for Staffy on http://www.petfinder.com and see a small number of the total ones up for adoption do to over breeding.

i would take her to the vet but usually the ***** wont leave her pups and this includes going to the bathroom without them but it may be an okay idea to but a small bowl of water to see if she will drink some

she will go when she is ready.my dog just had her puppies a week ago she stay with them for 2 days before she even ate

!!!!!!YES!!!!!! Call your vet. Usually this means there is an infection somewhere. If you hadn't gone to the bathroom in three days you would call the doctor. So please call immediatly.
