Tattoos are based on a per-hour fee, generally, and the amount of detail, size of the tattoo, etc all go into how long it will take. Furthermore, that's a very pretty tattoo, and I applaude your choice, but that does have a lot of shading on it. Getting an accurate estimate here won't do you much good. What you'll want to do is take the flash (that's the tattoo pic) to various tattoo artists and have them give you a quote and time requirement. Furthermore, make sure you check out pictures of the work that they've done and ask them the general health questions (autoclave onsite, etc).

That's really pretty! I have a tattoo on my right leg that looks very similar to that one - blue wings with a red heart. Most tattoo shops charge by the hour. Mine cost $150 for 2 hours worth of work. I would try to find a tattoo shop that someone you know has used. Do your research and don't settle for the first shop. Go in and look around. See if you can watch them ink somone first.

I think it would cost around 100 to 125 or less. my cousin got about a 6 or7 inch tattoo and it only costed 125. he went to some tat shop on campus

It depends. How big, the design, the lettering, the shop. Just for your information, tattos on the lower back aree labeled "tramp stamps" Good luck
