my guess is Jesus enjoyed a good meal - including desert - at any time other than when he was fasting.
Not too sure, however, if chocolate fudge cake was invented back then, but I bet there was lots of great sweets.

Chocolate is a New World plant which would have been unknown in the Levant at the time of Christ. But I bet Jesus would have liked chocolate as much as anyone else.

I don't think Chocolate Fudge cake was something available back in the times when he walked around, I think he probably ate like the rest of the people around him, wild meat, breads and waters, and sometimes wine.

The didn't have Chocolate in that part of the world at that time. He liked fish, loaves, a bit of wine- an easy going cat it seems.

I believe the only source of fat in the Jewish persons diet at that time was olive oil. Olive oil is very healthy for you. Honey cakes with dates sounds good. I think the swiss developed chocalate first.

I think he would be a healthy eater, chocolate comes over to Europe with Columbus, as to butter etc, they are things for the cold climate not in the Palestine as we know it... too hot and no refrigeration.

I don't think he had access to that, but the general characterization of HIm in the gospels gives me the idea that yes, he would have eaten it and enjoyed it. Might even have come around laughingly for seconds.
Jesus enjoyed life. He woudn't have gorged on that stuff daily, ruining his health, but he would have enjoyed an occasion party!
