I am a Registered Nurse and I have had a subnormal core body temperature all my life. Some people just have lower core body temps than others. It isn't a bad thing, but you may have a fever at 98.9 whereas the next guy will have one at 99.9 or 100. It has also been noted than when a person is truly sticking to a diet, the core body temperature drops as well and they begin to experience being chilly when they didn't before. This, too, has happened to me. Hope that helps.

i'm the same way. see, though i'm just 13, i get cold very often but i'm not sick (though, i am right now, but that's beside the point). my mom has thyroid problems and low blood pressure and i inhearted that from her. also, i'm just plain cold natured too. so it just may be low blood pressure or whatever. check with your docotor, have your blood pressure tooken.
luck!

You could alos have low blood pressure or be missing some nutrients in your diet. Call your Dr. and get a check up.
