With christmas creeping up and the fact that i have to pay for christmas presents AND my boyfriends birthday in 2weeks i won't have much money. My boyfriend said he doesn't care, that he understands and just wants to be with me. But i want to atleast do something!
What can i do that wont cost me too much money???

Make a special meal for him, go to town with candles and a bottle of wine and buy him several small silly gifts and give them to him throughout the evening. Do not forget to give him your last rolo as well

An iPod touch is a lot of money and is a very big present. I would only suggest something like that for a relationship that has been going on for a while. Has he been talking about something he likes, wants or needs? Are there "little" things that you know he will love? For example: I was with this guy for one month and it was his birthday. He had gotten into a fight with this friend and tore his favorite shirt, which was a Pink Floyd shirt. He loved that shirt so much, so I bought him a new one for this birthday. I also got some this giant bag of skittles, because they are his favorite candy. Neither the shirt nor the skitters were expensive, but they were his most favorite presents out of all of them (and his parents had gotten him an XBox 360 for that birthday!). When it comes to guys, it's the thoughtful gift that counts. If he really, really wants a iPod touch and you can afford it, then go get it. But if there is something else that he'll favor, try getting that instead. :-)

You must know someone with a camera, have a nice picture of you taken or reproduce one of you together, frame it nicely, you can even get nice frames at the dollar store, higher end ones just about anywhere you go depending on you budget.....
My sons birthday is Dec. 23rd and it is always hard to seperate it from x-mas...a time when even if you have money, it is getting low, not that I really do, I used to get myself in so much credit card debt that it wasn't funny. Try not to fall into that trap. I don't know how old you are or what you have for funds, but spending big bucks doesn't always make the big bang....
How bout for his birthday a great card, maybe flowers, candles and a really romantic evening, depending, agian on how old you are...
For xmas, why not a picture that he will love?..It's what I would want...good luck. You sound nice and like he already has what he wants.!!!!!

Spoil him for the day breakfast in bed then let him out for a drink as long as (you get him back sobber) cook him a nice meal and relax together in the dark and pamper him. Love do not have to cost money

You have several options. You could buy him a card and express your feelings for him for one. Another option might be to surprise him and do something you know he would like for him. These things don't have to cost any money at all. Wear something sexy for him or maybe get physical with him in a place or time that he wouldn't expect. Just some thoughts....

Make him feel special and loved.
A walk along your nearest beach, build a sandcastle together, have fish and chips on the prom, when you get home, a nice bottle of wine and an early night... That's cheap and would float my boat.

Get a picnic that you can eat of each other. This can be cheaper than a presant but so much more fun.

cook a nice meal, dress up nicely and buy him a few little jokey bits for him 2 open! Get ur sexies on and he will know its his birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or go to ann summers and buy something for both of u!
