Well what would you do??
I am think about my ex it has been like 3 or 4 years since we broke up and I still think about him a lot I still love him I haven't seen him in about a year and a half we are still close friends we do talk on the phone sometims and when I said I love you to him after I said something that was kinda mean he said don't play around with those words and you know that you are loved by many including me. I said I love you and you are also loved my many including me he said don't play I told him I am not I love you I don't know I am confused I really want to be with him again and I trust he won't hurt me again because when he asked me out again he got down on his knees and said baby I love you and I am sorry please forgive me and be with me. .. I remember the look in his eyes and I know he was serious but we are older now should I give him that second chance that he has been wanting for like 3 years or should I let it go

If you love him go for it. Love never dies. If you cant stop loving him and cant get over there's a reason for that and the reason might be cause you're meant to be.

Well dear one, you've really answered your question on your own from what I am reading in your question. You state that you really want to get back with him and that you trust him not to hurt you again because of the look in his eyes when he got down on his knees to ask you back. I think maybe you ought to give this guy a second chance. The only reason I hesitate a little is because I don't know how he was to you before and how he has hurt you in the past. If he didn't cheat on you or harm you physically, I'd have to vote yes, give him one more chance. Best of luck.

if ya still love him after all this time and the feelings are mutual, go with it. id take it slow, especially with the marriage thing but you can't change what your heart feels. sometimes time appart is all you need to find out whats most important. BUT each of you needs to start fresh, past is the past, work on today.
