It could be a combination, a bad reading and excess body weight by water. My weight varyies by 3-4 lbs aday, depending on my water weight and if I need to go to the bathroom, I weigh myself every morning, after using the bathroom, and before I eat or drink anything, then thats what I consider my weight to be, by after dinner, its up a few lbs, scales also vary, and sometimes its your outfit, just make sure you eating enough and helthy, I would try to weigh only once a week while loosing weight to keep from obsessing over it, like what if tomorrow it says your 134, then you'll be upset, just stay on track, and youll be fine, by the way, at 133 I would think you would need to lose less than 10 lbs to be fit, maybe just try a strenght traing work out like pilates, and eating healthy would shape you up, sometimes the scale is worth less then the shape your in.

If it's really due to your diet and not a scale error, it seems that you're losing a lot of fluids. I don't believe cut down on food intake can give you 9 pounds in a few days. Your body is composed of mostly water and if you dehydrate yourself, you can lose pounds very quickly. This is not healthy though because your body need water to function properly. In addition, losing weight by losing water is not sustainable. You'll gain back the pounds as soon as you drink more fluids.

Not every scale will give you an accurate reading each time. Also it depends on whether or not you weighed at the same time and basically wearing the same clothing. It's best to weigh after you have emptied your bladder and bowels in the morning before eating and drinking anything.

You really need to go and buy yourself a scale that you are going to use all the time to weigh yourself.
I have a digital one that recalibrate itself every time before I get on it.
And it sounds like your weight is just about right anyway.
Maybe it's time to make your own plateau happen.
