Flirting is a fun game. The highest form I know is hinting at the indescribable pleasures to be had in a relationship with you, and not letting on like your object is even in the running. They'll come to you as curious as a kitten to a paper bag. Don't act desperate, that's a turn-off. Act like you have All The Time In THe World and are in no hurry. They won't be able to stand not having this fun you're hinting at. Good luck.

Just try to talk with her in Humor way..and if she likes Humor-means she likes you too somewhat extent.Than change the mode be straight forward to know her-who she is -How she is ! Does she had a feelings for you.Invite her to join in a lunch,to watch the movie-to go out etc etc.

You smile, attempt to make eye contact, if you are invited ask pertinent questions and listen carefully to the answers! Laugh at the jokes and touch only if gestured too!
Finally, if your advances are taken in the correct way you ask them out!
