I believe that supernatural capabilities do exist, though I have not seen much evidence of possessing them myself. But, it seems when I desire something to happen, it often does, but not how I would have liked.
Also, raising someone else's hand would not be telekinesis. That would be basically broadcasting the neurological message to raise a hand and that neurological command having priority over those of the target. Besides, how could someone raise your hand if they did not know who or where you are? You would most likely need sufficient information to "target" your target (no pun intended). So, it would most likely be completely impossible for a stranger to raise your hand because you asked them to over the web without providing info on how to locate you.

There are powers, the real question you are going to be thinking nonetheless is from who does this form of capability come from. you're taking off up some risky doorways on your existence, no longer all is what it form of feels.

I feel it is simple. It is from a part of the brain that most people have not accessed. It is a known fact that most of us only use 10% of our brains. Of course this is just my opinion, great question though.
