It stands for Keep it Simple Stupid.
I only know the french word for kiss, which is 'baise' (Well, it might not be any more, but I don't know).
I'm saying it in French too as I have a feeling you're not sure what the equivalent word is in your language.

It is an acronym for "Keep It Simple, Stupid." A reminder that the simpler something is, the easier it is to communicate. The "stupid" part is a reminder that we tend to overcomplicate things to show our intelligence, but that doesn't help communication.
