Simple:
Read the Book of Matthew. In its 24 chapters, Matthew list 90 different Old Testament prophecies and how Jesus fulfilled them. That is the theme of the book.
Just keep a pen and paper handing and jot them down. You will have a long list by the end of the book.
I would list them for you here, but it would require quoted 90% of the book....

I could apply Hebrew prophecy to my puppy, if I liked. The point of Jesus is not that he "fulfilled" a bunch of "prophecies" (he probably didn't, at least not uniquely), but that Jesus called others to relationship with the God he experienced at the core of his being.
Keep your thimbs-downs away, people. This is truth. The historicity of Jesus' birth and fulfillment of prophecies should not be the crux of one's faith. Rather, consider how Jesus was remembered: always living for others. That's how we're called to live, as well.

Wow, that's a very very detailed question, and I just don't know enough about this area of the Bible to answer. But I know that a lot of the prophecies were made in Isaiah and Jeremiah. So I don't know if that will help, but it might be a good place to start.
