Because of the iron in spinach, is eating 2 or 3 helpings, a week, be adding more iron, to your system, than necessary?

Nope. The worst that can happen is either getting ecoli (fresh spinach) or eating canned (cooked) can make poo poo green.

The answer is NO. 2 or 3 serving is not an issue
And your body needs Iron for your blood
People eat cereal everyday and still don't get enough Iron

It is high in Vit. K could cause blood clotting problems.
