There are vitamin and mineral supplements for improving concentration, memory, and other mental abilities, since it is possible that you might have a vitamin or mineral deficiency.
If that doesn't work, it may be that your job just isn't challenging enough for you, or you have been there for too long and are simply going through the motions everyday.
In either case, you should think about problems you have at home or with people at work that may be distracting you from doing your best work.
Also, be sure to exercise daily, either in the morning before work if you are a morning person since it will improve your concentration or right after work to relieve the stress (or blandness) of your job.

Study and especially put into Practice
"Mindfulness Meditation" 15 min. a day.
Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD specializes in Mindfulness Meditation to reduce stress, anxiety, and it is proven that Mindfulness Meditation improves Cognitive Thinking, Memory, Concentration and Focus, and helps one deal well with others.
It also produces patience, helps one work with anger, and produces inner mental and emotional stability.
It has helped me at work a great deal and at home, and every area of my life.
Another good author is Thubten Chodron, who wrote the best selling book, "Working With Anger". It along with Mindfulness Meditation gives many helpful strategies.
Most of all be very patient and forgiving toward yourself.

Oh yeah, I havehad this problem. I used to find myself watching the time. I've trained myself to know that I have to be there from this time to that so get used to it and keep busy. It took awhile but it has worked. If there is anyone there stressing you out then maybe it ihas come time to move on. Good luck

I try to remind myself that I need my boss to see how good I am, or that if I get this project done, that night I can go see a movie I have wanted to for a long time, the reward system is always helpful. Just get the stuff done and remember your paycheck. =-D
