One year is nothing really when you think about it. But you have to ask yourself honestly do you really think he has alot of growing up to do then maybe you are the person he could do it with.
Be friends with him especially since you have just been divorced. But there also is no time limit on how long you should be single after being in a relationship as the realtionship with your ex could have been over a long long time ago.
Good luck girl! You deserve happiness as we all do. Go with what your heart tells you...

Just have to do what is best for you, and a year difference is not a big deal at all. I just think you need to make sure for yourself that this is something you really want or are you just looking not to be alone after coming out of a divorece. If you are having any doubts sometimes they are there for a reason. Never second guess yourself cause only you know what you really want

As lomg as you are both of legal age, it is 100% fine. My own sweetie is 6 years my junior.
If you feel you are not ready to become romantically involved, keep it light and friendly. Sometimes friendship can develop into a wonderful love. That's how it happened for me. I wish happiness and the best of luck.

Nah, Age doesn't matter at all. It's what you feel for that person that matters. My fiance' is 19 years older than me and we get along great! We've been together for 10 years and I wouldn't be caught dead dating a guy my own age.

if two people love each other, then age cant change that. but couples that have large age differences can run into problems. they might want different things, and sometimes it can be hard for them to relate. that being said, if they really care about it, they can make it work. i think you should take things slow with him, go on a few casual dates with him, and see where it goes. get to know him better and find out if he (as well as you) can handle it. good luck!
