Just meditate on the good things that Islam has done.

It shouldn't take very long....

An eye for an eye is exactly the problem. Muslims and Jews still believe in the Old Testament.

you better take those feelings and put them towards ur SO CALLED GOVERNMENT, its all becuz of them that they came up with this dumb word "terrorist" and making us muslims look bad, when we are the best religion and best people on earth, just america and everyone else who hates us, makes us look so bad, when they should be judged on their actions, you know all these so called soldiers goin to fight war and terrorism, well its all bull, they are not, they just goin to get those big fat checks in the mail, and the house and who knows what else they dont care about america or freedom or anything, and the way bush keeps on saying the word terrrorist makes me sick, hes so fake, and i would not be surprised what he has planned before he leaves office, typical all u people judging us muslims, when u really should be judging ur gov : example how *** sadaam was found but osama bin laden is no where and no one talks about him anymore,! its like so obvious who was behind the new york bombings, so watch what u say its not right to judge people just cuz whats goin on in the world.

take a deep breath and remember that one crazy groups doesn't speak for everyone. then try and change the people you are thinking about but use the same context
( like imagine the christians who bomb abortion clinics and kill the patients, doctors, nurses, and innocent people who get hit by glass and debree- do they represent all christians?)
then think about why you are angry- is it because of pride, fear, ect-. find ways to soothe yourself. go online speak to someone who is muslim and american- ask them how they view themselves, terrorits, and their religion. A good book is the 'faith club'. (I havn't read it yet, but I read the review) it was written by muslim, jewish, and christian (catholic converted) women who worked through their differences to become friends.

also remember you do not want to like terrorists- you do not want to hurt and kill people. if you do than you are no better and deserve the same as they do- imprisonment for life or death

Reflect upon the long history of bigotry and all the harm it has caused. You should not project upon all members of a group blame for what some members of that group have done. Get to know some real Muslims in your community. Find out if Interfaith Alliance has any worthwhile projects in your area and invite members from a local mosque or Islamic center to participate.

Just remember that all religions and cultures have their fanatics, Not all Muslims are for what's going on.I used to feel the same way until I investigated for myself.

It's not their fault.

What if a few Christians blew up a building, would you feel the same way about all of them ?

If their living here (and have a family), obviously they can't be terroists.

Talk to a therapist. There are many wonder-drugs out there that can be prescribed for you. If that doesn't work, remove yourself from our world before you make it a more violent place.

That's because you've obviously fallen victim to the nasty and agenda-filled Western media!

So, my suggestion to you is that you seek immediate help to protect youself from becoming a casualty of rotten and false thought!
