this guy i have liked for a while well i just found out he has liked me for even longer then i have liked him but lately he has been more obivous about it how could i not have notticed before and alot of people just told me IS IT TOO LATE

No, it's not too late. When you like someone, it's better to let that person knows. It doesn;t mean that you have to be together with that person. It just makes yourself feel better. And now you found that he has liked you for even longer, that's a good one. Try to talk to each other and maybe try to start on a relationship, I have feeling that you both will have a good chance. if he is obviously liking you it isnt too late, just let him know you like him back ask him over to watch a movie or something.
