Roseola is a child's condition - up to the age of three. So unless you're three you don't have roseola.
Hives are raised red bumps about the size of a dime. They are itchy.
If you have hives, don't worry. It's not dangerous at all. Put some Gold Bond lotion on them & the itch will go away - or calamine lotion.
If it continues, see your doctor.

It is possible that the bumps you have are something called keratosis pilaris. It helps to exfoliate and to moisturize the affected areas. If it is this there is no sure cure for it but you can help it to appear better. Hope this helps.
The pictures that they show on this all look red but it can be skin colored bumps.

don't be scared. Probably it is Tinea, which is a skin fungus that is the fungus responsible for Ringworm, Athletes Foot, and Jock itch. Buy some Jock Itch Cream, see if that helps. I know you will be embarrased buying it but it medicates all the skin fungus that causes these bumps. No need to fret.
