This last weekend I took my daughter out to get a Christmas dress for her pic with Santa, and for Christmas Day. The last few years my GF has done this but since we have sepperated I had to get her one this year.
When I went to the mall to pick it out I had her with me (she is only 3) and while we were looking a sales girl came over to help us. She was nice and helped me pick out the dress, turtle neck, tights, socks and shoes. She could tell I was lost and aske dquestions that led me to tell her about my being single. When she rang me up she said "come back in and let me know how the dress looks on her". And when I got home I found that she had slipped her phone # into my bag.
Now my question is, should I call her?
She was pretty cute, but younger than me. I have only been single for a few months. Is it to soon to date? Since she has met my daughter will she really want to see her in the dress?

It was nice of you to take your daughter shopping to buy her a new outfit for her to get her picture taken in. The line that the girl gave you about bringing your daughter in , sounds like a genuine statement, but I could be a pick up line for check your bag when you get home might find a number in there, which did. You call when you feel ready to call and hope that she is still single. I don't think age should be a factor as long as she is not too young, do what feels right to you and don't feel like you have to rush to accomplish calling the sales girl that helped you pick out your daughters outfit.

HELLOOOO! Of course I think you should call her, but you are the only one that can decide if you are ready or not. As long as you take it slow, I don't see what the problem is, AND she's interested in your daughter already, and so you don't have to jump that hurdle! Do it! Call her! You'll never know until you try!

Call her if you're attracted to her. Leave your daughter out of it for now. She just said that as an opening for you to come back without seeming too forward.

she wiould most likely become a rebound, but you might need that to completly get over your ex... if you think she was attractive and think you might have a good time go for it, but if you think she is too young and don't think things would be interesting then don't call, it's all on you, but you better make up your mind before she forgets she gave you her number and doesn't know who you are when/if you call.

You've got nothing to lose. Call her up, go on a date. See if you connect with her. You're single, so enjoy it.

What do you have to lose? Call her and see what happens. She could be the one you are meant to be with. Good luck!
