Wash them all with antibacterial soap and water. Pat dry, apply any OTC antibiotic ointment and cover with a band aid. Change every 1-2 days or when needed, such as if you shower and it gets wet.
Do not clean with alcohol, iodine or peroxide. All of these are very drying to the skin which delays healing, and they also will damage new tissue as it grows.
One thing to watch for is an infection you can get from kitten scratches on your arms. It is called Cat Scratch Fever, imagine that. And no I'm not kidding.
Symptoms to see the Dr. for would include: redness or red lines from one or more of the scratches up toward your underarm, pain that is much greater than it should be for a little scratch, fever over 100, enlarged lymph nodes under the arm.
It is not all that common but I have seen quite a few patients with it.
Good Luck

Keep the cut clean, wash it with dial antibacterial soap then apply betadine. betadine works well cuz it dries the area and helps control infection. drying helps heal faster cuz u don't want to have a wound stay moist as the scarring will be worse and the healing takes longer. keep it covered with bandaid or whatever u need until the cut is closed well and then leave it open to air. apply a little neosporin but not to much as to make the area mushy. a thin layer is plenty. Good Luck

Yes, my cat scratches me a lot also. I use this stuff called Neosporin it's in a little white and yellow tube, it works WONDERS. Like I had a mark about a week ago from when I was smoking and the cigarette burned my hand, and I put that stuff on and it went away in about a day. Also, wash the cuts out and reapply neosporin with a bandaid to keep the light scratch sheltered with the meds.

Make sure there clean. Use some antibacterial soap. Then put some neosporin on it. You can get that anywhere. Do that 1-3 times a day. If you want cover it up with a sterile bandage. Just make sure you don't pick at the wounds. Don't want to infect them or scare.

First you have to clean it out then but some antibacterial cream on it, like neosporin. Next you should band aid it. But you have to remember to get enough sleep. I am a student who is studying to become a sleep doctor and i can tell you that when one is sleeping, one heals during the sleep. The antibodies of T cells increase when one sleeps, allowing it to kill germs. prevent scarring, and improve healing rate.

a covered wound heals faster than an uncovered wound. Put neosporin on it and a bandage, change the bandage daily.

Use vitamin C and also honey is a natural cure all. Learned that on the Discovery Channel. You can put honey on the sores. The ancient egyptians did it. Also, it works great for colds.
