Not going to trivialise your question but if it doesn't pass and if the pain moves to your right abdomen get medical help as you just might have a 'grumbling appendix' and better safe than sorry. If I'm wrong sue me but at least you'll be alive to do it.

It is a muscle spasm drshorty. Yes, it ought to stop in a matter of time. If not, I would go to clinic just to make sure is isn't anything else.
