If Noah really had an ark and really took two of each animal, why did he have to save the fish from a big flood?

Noah put them in a big water tank and practiced fishing techniques so when the flood was over he could have an advantage

In the story of Noah and the ark God commands noah to take to of each land dewelling air breathing animals. Therefore, he did not have to take the fish onto the ark. The water would keep the fish a live during the flood.

The fish were already saved- obviously- the flood kept them alive.
That is what I think anyway- I do not say this as a fact. But it is nothing that I have worried over or questioned before- and still do not. Hope that helps!

The word is animals, not fish. Even in Genesis 1, a difference was made.

Salt water fish cant survive in fresh water and vice versa :)
