Sure, these are the usual concerns we, Muslims, have. I'll read the clarifications & get back to you with my comments. Thanks.
Roxton,
Why were not Abraham, Moses, Joseph, Solmon,... born of virgins?
I'm back as I promised and below you find my response..
First of all, let’s agree that I’m not going to discuss the verses quoted from the bible as the bible itself is not a valid source for me, I’ll just discuss the logical arguments.
Did Jesus ever say the exact words "I am God"?
--Quote--
No, Jesus never said the exact three words, "I am God". But Jesus also never said the exact four words, "I am a prophet" or the exact four words "I am a man," but we know he was both a prophet and a man. It is not necessary for Jesus to say the exact phrase "I am a man" for us to know that he was a man. Likewise, it is not necessary for Jesus to utter the exact three words "I am God" in order for us to determine whether or not he is divine.
--End of quote--
He’s a man and everybody knows that that’s why it is not necessary for Jesus to say the exact phrase "I am a man" for us to know that he was a man. But if he were I God, it would be necessary for him to utter the exact three words "I am God" in order for us to determine whether or not he is divine.
--Quote--
Jesus switches tenses of the verbs on purpose so that when he does so in the context of referencing Abraham, Jesus is clearly drawing the Jews' attention to the Old Testament Scriptures and then using a present tense form of the verb "to be" by saying "I AM".
--End of quote—
This is English Grammar. The original scripture was not in English which means this point is not applicable in the original scripture.
If Jesus is called the Son of God, do you think that makes him God?
--Quote—
Muslims often misunderstand the term "Son of God" to mean that God literally had sexual relations with Mary to produce Jesus.
--End of quote—
No, Muslims do not misunderstand the term "Son of God" to mean that God literally had sexual relations with Mary to produce Jesus. We know that Christians believe in same story that we believe in that this conception was through the Holy Spirit. But we reject it based on what Quran say that Jesus was a man who was born of a virgin.
Jesus cannot be God's son
Again, same arguments as above, nothing new here except the verse from the bible which is not a valid source for me.
If Jesus is God, then who did He pray to?
The arguments presented have nothing to do with the assumption presented above. And again, many quotes from the bible which is not valid source for Muslims.
Then by the end, it says: “As a man, Jesus needed to pray. When He was praying he was not praying to Himself, but to God the Father.” This last statement contradict the first paragraph in answering the question/assumption where it says: “The Trinity is the doctrine that there is only one God in all existence. This one God exists as three persons: The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit. They are not three gods, but one God.”
So if they are one God, Jesus among them, so when Jesus the man pray to the ONE God he prays to himself among the other 2.
God cannot be tempted. Jesus was tempted.
Therefore, Jesus cannot be God.
Again, there are not arguments to be discussed. All the arguments presented are quoted from the bible which is, again, is invalid source for me.
God is infinite. Matter is finite. God could not become a man.
The arguments in this part are all logical, no quotes from the bible, which I appreciate. However, the arguments require me to reject what we were told by God himself in Quran. God told us that Jesus was only a prophet and that he never claimed being a God. I know you don’t consider Quran a valid source, but I also cannot reject Quran to believe in your hypothesis presented here.
Why is it necessary for God to die for our sins?
If this assumption were true, there would be no need for Christians to be on Earth, they would go directly to heaven.
Could not Jesus the God tell Jesus the man if your argument is valid?
If Jesus is God, then why did He say the Father was greater than He?
--Quote--
Jesus said the Father was greater than He not because Jesus is not God, but because Jesus was also a man and as a man he was in a lower position.
--End of quote--
Does not this also mean that God is not three of them together.

Good try; but it's not enough to convince Muslims since Muslims cannot be convinced of anything..I know because I grew up Muslim.
It's strange that Muslims believe that Jesus was born of a virgin but doesn't believe he's the Son of God. So who is Jesus' father?
Muslims also believe that Mohammad and Jesus shared the same status...both are prophets; if that's the case, then why wasn't Mohammad born of a virgin?
