I like a girl but I dont wanna just blurt out "I like you". I want to bring it up into the convo. So what can I talk about to prepare her or lead her into the "how i feel about you part". Please keep in mind this is a girl, not a woman. She isnt as mature as older women, she is only 16.

You could be funny about it. Catch her off guard and do it with humor. For example, you're in a conversation, you wait for a pause and say:

"OK, so if I were to be really blunt about something, would it shock you?"
or
"I have a question for you. Do you *know* that I like you, or am I telling you something you didn't know?"

well a good way to just tell her is simply say "i have something to tell you" look into her eyes and then say "i like you" if she says that she likes you too then ask her out! but if she says that she would rather just be friends, thats ok!!
