I don't know if it is the flu or a virus but whatever you do keep her away from the baby. If she does not get any better take her back , with her being so sick it would be easy for her to come down with a secondary infection. Last year a family I know with four kids had the flu back and forth from thanksgiving to almost the end of Jan. as they kept passing it back and forth. Also make sure she takes it easy when she starts feeling better so she will not rebound and get sick again.

It sounds like she could have the flu. I would give her plenty of liquid, juice is ok. Give her child paracetamol to reduce her fever and help with her aches and pains. Allow her to rest quite a bit. Keep her indoors, give her something to eat if she's hungry, if not it doesn't really matter as long as she is getting fluids.

She probably won't feel up to mixing with other children as it is, but I would keep her away from the baby as much as possible. I would see a doctor again if she's no better in a few days or if she gets any other symptoms.

Sounds like the flu to me. Best thing to do it take her back to the doctor, Make sure she drinks plenty of liquids. When my daughter is sick with the flu she likes to suck on popsicles. That seems to sooth her throat.

cold or flu, you treat it the same way. Lots of liquids, lots of rest, childrens tylenol for aches and low grade fevers. Isolate her from other kids, or they will definitely get it too.
