Be careful.
Hott guys are not always good guys.
Praying, generally needs to be specific, and right heart motivation, for example if you want to pray the Billy become a Christian, you ask God to soften his heart, to give Billy a desire for God. Remind God that he doesn't want any to perish, Praise God for His wisdom and knowledge thank God for your prayer request.
Press in and perservere.
However I get the gist that you want Billy to become a Christian so you can go out with him. 13 is a long way to marriage age, billy probably won't be the last hott guy you see, he also might not be God's best for you. The issues with your family and his family will mean alot if you ever marry billy.
Being 13 is tough, you really don't need a boyfriend, it is the biggest lie kids are given to ruin their innocence and just ability to socialise with lots of people and get to know people who are nice, and good.
Saying something to him, I don't know what you would say, I don't know where you stand with white supremacy, I tell you it would make my stomache turn, (be very careful)
I know bad guys seem like fun, sxy and cool - generally they aren't

Sounds like you are getting yourself into some trouble with this boy.
God would never ask you to defy your parents (unless they are abusing you). I would say that if your parents think that it is an unsafe place for you to be (which it sounds like it is to me too), then you ought to listen to them.
I think that God would never ask a 13 year old to get herself into a relationship that could be harmful. I would guess that if this guy is a white supremacist, he does not have a high value of women as being more than possessions. Please, don't do this to yourself. There are too many women being hurt, and too many children watching their mothers endure hell on Earth.

All things work for the glory of God....unfortunately not for the glory of you. Just pray, don't approach. A miracle might be worked out. But White Sup is a violent group, so I wouldn't get too clse for now

No, your job is to spread the word and that is it. The Lord never said to sacrifice your happiness or yourself for anyone. If He wants to save someone, He will do it on His own. No one goes to Him unless He calls them. You're only thirteen, stop looking at boys. Concentrate on your spiritual growth. White supremacy is not very Christian either. "Do not be unequally yoked with an unbeliever."

This is how it goes i believe. If things aren't goin good for this kid things will work out the way they are suppose to. If you like this kid do what you think is right and be there for him. But don't put yourself thru anything more than you should. there is a big lesson for this kid to learn but there is also a big lesson for you to learn. I can't tell you what they are. Maybe for you it is you can't control what happens to him and what he does. It is hard to answer without knowing everything. I think my main point is let it happen the way it is going to. Even if something bad happens it still went down the way it was suppose too. there is a lesson to be learned just keep your eyes and mind open for it.

Thing always happen for a reason. Maybe start talking to him. If God is using you then he will give you the words to say to him. But don't push it people hate having beliefs pushed on them. Work on your relationship with him first. then he will see what your religion is really about through your actions. Keep praying and believing

Do you want to him to become a Christian so you can date him? He would have to reject all his family and friends in order to become a Christian. His feelings would have to be very deep for you in order for him to do that. You don't know his feelings for you. Your parents don't want you to be involved with him because of his beliefs. White Supremists hurt others simply because of the colour of their skin. As a Christian, you have to honour your parents and follow their advice.

well I think maybe God is answering your prayers, just keep praying and doing what is right, and always listen to your parents, they really do know what is best.

You probably should be talking this over with your pastor or your parents, not a bunch of random folk from the internet.
