I suggest that you make a shortcake, using bisquick.
Basic Bisquick shortcake recipe, found on Bisquick box
Sugar
Vanilla
Cinnamon

To basic Bisquick shortcake recipe, add an additional tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle sugar on top of shortcake prior to baking. Bake according to package directions.

Then, heat up canned peach syrup and add some cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.

Drizzle the syrup over the shortcake and you will have peachless peach cobbler!!

how bout trying nectarines? or use peach preserves or jam instead of the whole fruit. peach juice? nectar? puree? how bout just rolling out a big crust, slathering it with peach syrup, then rolling it up into a log and cooking it?

maybe you could use peach nectar or look for some peach butter at the store. or maybe put the peaches in the blender so it's all smooth.
