These are the charges that are listed for someone that was arrested the other day, but I have no idea what they mean...they are DWRA and DWHO anyone know what they stand for? Just nosy...

DWRA: Driving While Resisting Arrest also known as FAATE: Fleeing and Attempting to Elude.

DWHO: Driving Without Headlights On. Don't know why the individual was arrested for that...should have been a citation.

I checked www.acronymfinder.com which has everything and those two didn't turn up anything.
