Sounds like fried apples -- cut up your apples add cinnamon and some sugar and then sautee till apples are tender and sauce thickens. If not, try this site, they are copy cat recipes from restaurants.

It's canned apple pie filling. I think A's adds some raisins to it (or is that Bennigan's?) as it's heating up. You can buy it at Cracker Barrel, where they call it "fried apples."
