Before you run you need to make sure that this single mom has help from a local organization. These are usually kept very quiet to the point where the general public doesn't know they exist unless a relative of a loved one seeking shelter and assistance tells them about it. Get her to talk to a local police officer about the charities and battering centers in her area even under the guise of wanting to volunteer if she doesn't feel comfortable. These centers will help her look for a job, begin the process of moving, give her information on how to protect her kids from her husband along with helping her hide herself until her husband either gives up or violates the restraining order.

Good Luck and if applying for jobs the best way is to get online and send in appts. Many employers will let you interview over the phone in special cases and it sounds like this single mom qualifies.

Forget Madison! Try Fond du Lac! Quality Packaging. Email for more info. I can't guarantee anything other than that your app will be put at the top of the list by the IT guy though.

Try and track down the Salvation Army in that area and tell them your story and what you are trying to do.Also, get in touch with the Temporary Employment agencies in that area.If there are any in the area you are in now check to see if they have any offices in the area you will move to . Good Luck!!
