I was at a sit down resteraunt for like an hour today having lunch, this girl sat us down at a table and then our waitress came. The girl that sat us down looked at me and then I noticed her looking at me from a distance and she walked by me and looked at me 10 different times.She didn't show any emotion or wink or wave at me or anything. Is she interested in me?

Possibly. She could just be really shy.. or maybe she thought she recognized you from somewhere but didn't want to say anything because if she was wrong then she'd look stupid, so maybe she kept looking at you hoping you would say something. Maybe she thinks you're hot and doesn't know how to flirt. Surprisingly enough, a lot of girls don't know how to flirt. If you thought she was cute, and noticed her looking at you then you should just say something, ask her out or whatever, take the initiative!

Lol.. It depends. Are you a regular there? Do you tip the appropriate percentage? If you are a regular, and she was looking at you it was probably something you did on your last visit there... if not, then yes, she was interested!
