I would suggest purchasing a Tony Chachere's Injectable Marinade. There are several flavors--jalepeno butter, garlic and herb and BBQ/Bacon. You can get these at your local grocery store.
If your store doesn't carry TC, I would try another brand. But that is one of the best ways to season your turkey.
