I had a fruit dip about a year ago and I can't seem to find the recipe again. I think it had cool whip, yogurt, and cinnamon? If any one can help, Please! Thanks

Equal parts yogurt and sour cream, and sugar to taste makes a great dip.

This makes the most awesome fruit dip-1 container of marshmallow cream, 1 pkg cream cheese, about 1 tsp vanilla-whip together. Delicious and it tastes like the real thing!

Don't recognize your recipe. Hope your willing to experiment. My fave is peanutbutter dip made with honey to taste and aspoon of lemon. I heat it in microwave. Yummy with apples and bananas.
Another easy dip for fruit is sour cream with brown sugar to your taste.Really good with strawberries.

Cucumber Dip
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and minced
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.

Green Goddess Dip
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into slices
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely sliced chives

In a microwave-safe container, microwave cream cheese and milk for 2 to 4 minutes, whisking after each minute, until cream cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in sour cream, onion, parsley and chives. Refrigerate until cold.

Onion Dip from Scratch
(ALTON BROWN RECIPE)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups diced onions
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

In a saute pan over medium heat add oil, heat and add onions and salt. Cook the onions until they are caramelized, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Mix the rest of the ingredients, and then add the cooled onions. Refrigerate and stir again before serving.
