I doubt it. SOME people tell me that I speak English. Others tell me I speak Scirenglelsh - Scottish, Irish, English, Welsh - but they say that's just my accent.
Do you think I speak English? I've never really talked to anyone about it. Not even THEM.
Just for the record, the people who tell me I speak English also say that the invisible people aren't real, and I'm not special.

So I wouldn't believe them.

(It's English to me; but it is often incomprehensible to the casual visitor!)
When I ws nursing I ws pulled up for not speaking English!
During a morning of testing the urine of the new admissions it was pointed out that foreign student nurses would have no idea what we were talking about when:-
"Did you find anything unusual?"
"No; there were no abnormalities detected."

"Was there owt?"
"No, nowt."
