Don't rely on medical advice off of here, it's all speculative, get yourself down to see a doctor and get a proper diagnosis.

If the sick was black then you need to be seen by a doctor pretty soon! Dont take no for an answer. If you cant get a doctors appointment go to a hospital accident and emergancy...;

I read somewhereonce that if you have diarrahoea first it is more likely to be food but tummy bugs start with vomiting. Not sure if it is true though......think you need to see a doc and tell him all asap........black should not be ignored. In the mean time if you feel worse go to hosp.....or sip water...suck an ice cube....try to keep hydration up.
Apparently in Africa and places they do use flat coke sometimes to help children with bad tums.

It could be either - just try to rest as much as you can. When you feel up to it, try to eat something light like tomato soup to get your stomach back in action again.

Keep hydrated - sip lots of water (but don't gulp it else it may make you puke!).

And get a doctor's appointment first thing tomorrow. According to the Department of Health and Tony Blair they are supposed to book you one within 24-48 hours, so remind them of that.

You definitely need to try to go to a emergency center, like Primacare or some other place like that. It could be anything at this point. Usually if it was something that you ate, it would have lasted continuously then stop. Be safe and take care.

Black vomit? See a doctor. Go to the ER if necessary. It may not be anything, but it can be a sign of some serious conditions.

Best Wishes,

Bit more than a bug methinks.
Get to a walk-in clinic asap.
Drink loads of water and avoid booze druggy stuff etc.

Get well soon

The black vomitus usually means digested blood. get to the doc asap.

If it was black, take yourself to the emergency department and demand to see someone. It could mean that your stomach is bleeding.

starve yourself for about 12 hours to kill the bug in your stomach.

drink water with a bit of salt and suger.

after 12 hours eat plain toast only.

by starving you are not giving the bug to get bigger.
