Is TeenScreen another idea to drug children?

no teen screen is a program from the university of Columbia to help doctors, teachers, etc. to be able to screen adolescents for suicide prevention , and gives doctors, teachers and agencies that help teens. acquire the skills to do a screening process, to help teens. it is not mandatory and teens must volunteer for this help. got to google and put in teenscreen and u will read more i would put a link but i am not that good on a computer
