cut it in quarters. then submerge each quarter in a bowl of water and pull the seeds from the pulp. The pulp will float to the top and you can just take it off and throw it away. This will keep the seeds from squirting all over the place.

One way is by splitting the fruit and separating the delicious seeds by hand Here the pomegranate is cultivated mostly in hot and dry climates. It has a very powerful antioxidant . By crushing it without affecting the seed you can obtain it's juice. It is picked in the California from October to January and originated somewhere between Iran and the Himalayas. It has spread over all the Mediterranean and eventually to America. It's technical name is Punica Granatum. It grows in a 5 to 8 meters high tree and is usually the size between an orange and a grapefruit and has a thick reddish skin.
