7. The marriage is prohibited by law due to the relationship between the parties. This is the "prohibited degree of consanguity", or blood relationship between the parties. The most common legal relationship is 2nd cousins; the legality of such relationship between 1st cousins varies across the world.
8. Prisoners sentenced to a term of life imprisonment may not marry.

First I would get the wedding anulled, then I would take a english class and learn how to write! I would take everything you recived as wedding gifts also, don't let the jerk get anything from the wedding!

Sorry, but he didn't have an affair, unless this happened AFTER your exchanged vows. Sorry to say it, but anything that happened before you were joined in marriage is water under the bridge.
