When using Windows XP Remote Desktop, how can I remotely reboot the PC and view dual monitor mode?

VNC lets me reboot the remote PC and view dual monitor mode but Remote Desktop doesn't. On the other hand, Remote Desktop handles control keys better than VNC.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
